Context-adjusted (▲/▼ vs the rate-model baseline): NEW 2026-07-27 (CBJ pass). Essentially a HOLD - the outside reads genuinely split on him (58 from one host, 46 from the other source) and our 53 sat in the middle, which is where a real disagreement should land.
