Sales are final once your password has been shown to you. Please read this page before you buy, because it is a real constraint rather than a formality.

Why it works this way

What you are buying is a password. It appears on screen the moment payment goes through, and from that point you have everything the product provides. There is no way to hand it back, and no way for us to verify that you have stopped using it.

Refunding after delivery would mean the product is free to anyone willing to ask, which raises the price for everyone else. So the line sits at delivery, and it is stated up front rather than buried.

What you can check before buying

Everything we can show you without giving away the product is public:

The free site runs on the same projections the paid tier uses, so you can judge the numbers before spending anything.
The methodology note explains exactly how the score is built, including the weights and where they came from.
The product page lists what is included and what is not.

If something is unclear, email bangersfantasy@gmail.com before you buy and we will answer honestly, even where the answer is that this product is not for you.

When we will refund

3 situations, no argument:

You were charged twice for the same purchase.
You never received the password, and we cannot get it to you.
The product does not work for you because of a fault on our end, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.

For the third one, tell us what is broken first. Most problems are bugs, the site is updated by pushing a fix rather than by reissuing downloads, and a fix usually lands the same day.

What is not a refund reason

Your projections did not match how the season played out. Projections are estimates and the terms say so.
Your league uses goalie categories. Goalies are excluded, and this is stated before purchase.
You changed your mind after seeing the rankings.

EU and UK buyers

Consumer law in the EU and UK normally gives you 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. That right does not apply to digital content you agreed to receive immediately, once you have acknowledged that agreeing means losing it. Checkout asks for that acknowledgement before taking payment.

If you buy through a reseller acting as merchant of record, their refund terms apply alongside this page, and where the 2 disagree, theirs govern.

How to ask

Email bangersfantasy@gmail.com with the address you bought with and what went wrong. We aim to reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
